Sation Class Clown + You Butter Tell Me

So I was hoping that because I bought these 2 at the same time that they’d look fairly decent together as well as on there own. So what do you think?

Sation You Butter Tell Me + Class Clown

3 coats of YBTM and 1 of Class Clown. I think this is fun looking and a friend of mine said it looks like a plastic Easter egg.

Sation, Shyest Shade

Here we go! Another Sation! A darling white hexagon jammed packed glitter polish! I will compare and re update later but I find this to look quite similar to OPI Pirouette My Whistle , but alas time constraints are h0lding me back ATM.

To me Shyest Shade is a good name for this polish, it seems to subtle but once you get it out of  its shell  botttle it has SUCH a sparkly personality.

Sation Shyest Shade

Sation Shyest Shade is one coat over  Sation Oh My Oceania. Love how Sation’s glitters come out very easily, they’re thicker so it seems like less messing around on placement. They just gone on with few strokes. I don’t really have too much to say except that I hope to be ordering more from Miss Professional Nails soon. 😀

Sation Class Clown

So I recently ordered 4 polishes from Miss Professional Nail- Sation. I have only just started hearing about them this year even though they’ve been around for awhile- but apparently just redid their bottles. I really like this new shape- very unique, good size, the older ones look like the round Claire’s bottles, from what I’ve seen. Anyways, Class Clown will be the first of the four I will show.

Sation Class Clown

Sation Class Clown

Sation Class Clown  is a red and blue medium hex glitter, with MORE fine glitter and a smaller sparse amount of black hex glitter in a lime green jelly base. 3 coats and a top coat.  A little gritty but so super glittery. Formula is a little on the thick side but that is so good in this case, it doesn’t glob up. I didn’t really notice in the bottle that there was black glitters because there’s not a lot but I managed to get 2 on 2 fingers haha. Sooo cute and would look great over a green (duh!). Also I know it looks like there’s other colors besides blue and red but it’s just the way light is reflecting off the glitter- I only mention this because looking at the pictures I had to double check the bottle.

Nicole by OPI, One Less Lonely Glitter

So I’ve been on the hunt for this purple glitter for a while now. YES, it IS a Justin Bieber polish from the One Less Lonely Girl Collection- in his fave color. Luckily T.J. Maxx had it in a combo pack. So they ended up being…$3 a piece? Pretty good considering they’re more then double that at Target and Walmart. Can’t beat a good deal…and pretty glitter. O.O

Nicole by OPI. One Less Lonely Glitter

One Less Lonely Glitter is one full coat on the ring finer and dabbed on the tips of the rest. I can see me using this glitter on LOTS of other colors. Very pretty, very easy to work with, subtle but pretty. Lavender glitter in a clear base could be opaque in 3-4 coats I bet. A right hand photo did you notice that? Haha, kind hard to do but its done lol.

Here’s a quick look at Sinful Colors Slate that I use underneath. 3 easy coats super nice and smooth. Subtle silver shimmer though it.

Sinful Colors, Slate

Sooooo pretty!

P.S. Sorry I didn’t clean up for some strange reason, I must have been to excited to photograph it. 😛

Revlon Nail Art Moon Candy: Milky Way

I’ll admit that this collection was very inciting but a bit pricey even with a $2 off coupon. I bought this one above all others because I’ve been wanting a silver shard glitter.

Revlon Moon Candy; Milky Way

The dark grey polish that came with this is an easy one coat I did two I’m sure. The glitter base is a little thick but surprisingly even coverage. Two coats on the ring finger. A little chunky. I like this quite a bit! What are your thoughts?

Pure Ice Busted

I love purple ( I used to hate that too!) one of my top five favorite colors. I don’t have a favorite color really, it just depends one the day, mood, everything. In not particular order I like black, pink, purple, blue….not sure about green today. Invader Zim cartoon is a color scheme of most of my favorite colors if you know what I mean…maybe a tiny bit more pink then what you see on the show.

Pure Ice Busted

Pure Ice Busted

Pure Ice Busted 1 coat over Pure Ice No Means No and WnW Creme Black alternating fingers. Very smooth, very sheer, VERY glass flecked, a tiny bit duo chromed…. I like the dimension it adds to the purple but it really pops over black. Love it! I give it a 8.5 out of 10.

Pure Ice Busted

Here it is completely on it’s own 3 coats. If you like to wear sheer polishes alone I don’t see why not! This is very pretty.

China Glaze, Blue Sparrow

Oh how I loathe and ♥ this polish. So beautiful in the bottle yet so very difficult to deal with! ALSO IT’S A FAKE!  As in it’s labeled as “Splish Splash” from the summer 2012 collection but alas its not, I have been fooled.

China Glaze Splish Splash

China Glaze Blue Sparrow looks pretty cool in the bottle but it the biggest pain to apply. I did it out doors so maybe that’s a factor, but it dragged a lot and clumped up and dried out fast. Which is why this looks so bumpy. 3 coats and a top coat very pretty but maybe not worth the hassle. If I do put this on again I will do it indoors and I will update this post! It might make a slight difference- but until then- this is all ya get.    -.0

OPI Nothin’ Mousie About It

Oh hi! I saw some pre-press released pictures of the OPI Minnie Mouse Vintage collection way back and knew I’d have to have at least one…for Minnie’s sake!! Once I was finally able to see official photo’s and descriptions I knew hearts and a flakie based polish was a must have! So without further ado- Nothin’ Mousie About It.

OPI Nothin’ Mousie About It

One coat of Nothin’ Mouse About It over one coat WnW  Creme Black. Sally Hansen Insta Dri top coat. Good dry time. I did black because it really makes the purple and yellow/orange flakies pop in this. I’m guessing the base is a super sheer pink that could build up to what the bottle looks like but still will never be opaque. If I try it and my opinion on that changes, I will edit this! But until then I think if you want it to look pink all the way through without having to do 5+ coats, you’re going to have to do a pink base.

Anyways, over all, I love this. The OPI facebook fan page they have a helpful hint to getting the hearts out. Works alright, I feel like sometimes it doesn’t make a difference, but maybe a little easier as you use more.

Jelly Sandwich! Nfu Oh JS24 + OPI Pirouette My Whistle

Today’s mani is inspired  by “The Polished Perfectionist”  Amy Grace. Thanks to Amy I believe I will HAVE to have Nfu Oh JS17 *drool*

Anyways, the first pic is seven layers ending with OPI. The second is eight layers deep alternating JS 24 and OPI Pirouette My Whistle.

Ohhh isn’t that yummy?!

Successful-ish Jelly Sandwich, Pie Nails Fail.

Hello! Sorry I haven’t had a regular schedule going but the break was nice and I have been brain storming like crazy!!

So I wanted to show off a few of my very first Nfu Oh polishes! I have always heard of this brand but never felt like they had a whole bunch that I thought that I might need so badly. That was until they released their Jelly Syrup Series. :O My, oh my. I think that they are super yummy!!!!!!! I could only get two which I’m happy with. If it was really up to me I would just get all 40 something. BUT, at $12.50 a bottle, I really can’t afford that. So also I should mention that if you haven’t heard of Nfu Oh before, they don’t name their polishes. They are all just letters and numbers. Which is fine by me, lol. I also have to say real quick that the bottle is sooo cute, the cap is like a corset. 😄

So real quick- this is just a jelly sandwich experiment which I think looks less baldy IRL. I will swatch these individually and give my full opinion of them another time.

One coat Nfu Oh JS-24

Nfu Oh JS- 24. a reddish pink. This is surprisingly not as runny as I thought it might be. Very smooth. Can be a little baldy if you you don’t go over it well (as you can clearly see). Very jelly, love it. These will still show a visible nail line even with 3-4 coats for most of them.

OPI Gone Gonzo

One coat of OPI Gone Gonzo, glittler is a little more blue IRL.

One coat of Nfu Oh JS- 31

Nfu Oh JS- 31. SUCH a beautiful blue jelly.  So if I had done 2 coats of the JS-24 I think this sandwich would ahve been “perfect” but I actually had nail art in mind when I started layering this. I probably should have skipped the nail art.

Pie Nails: Fail

Pie Nails: Fail

I mixed up a fleshy pink and some regular brown to make a crusty color made a lattice type design and put a border around the whole nail. I’m pretty happy with how it turned out (in a very small way) but it just wasn’t exactly what I had envisioned. 😛 Oh well, they make me hungry though. Blueberry glitter pie anyone??

OH!! I’m not entirely sure on this but I don’t think there are any stores that sell Nfu Oh in the US (PLEASE don’t take my word on that). I live in Montana so there’s NEVER anything here, so I bought mine on FabulousStreet.com they have free shipping with $25 purchase which is basically 2 bottles. I think next time I might try out their cuticle oil, they have BANANA!!!!!!!
